Can not recommend the team at Elle’s enough. So lovely and welcoming, a really relaxing beautiful environment. My eyelash tint and my nails are the best. The tint lasts really well and I love the shape of my nails! I will definitely be making a visit to Elle a regular thing.

Had a pedicure and facial with Elle, pedicure was so good and really happy with results.  Salon is airy and beautifully decorated.  Elle facial was so good, Elle is professional and was amazing at massage as part of the facial, would highly recommend this salon to anyone vising luz.  Absolutely fantastic service and quality services provided.

I have had 2 appointments, one for Nail extensions and one after 3 weeks to fill them in again. Isa did her best to try making the French manicure look as natural as possible and we were getting there to what I want and the shape. It needed some fine tuning but I am sure we could have worked it out. Only the first appointment she made some little wounds to some of my cuticles and they got a bit infected, not much but it lasted a week to heal properly. So next appointment she was much more careful. I made another appointment with the owner, Elle to do my nails and toes again just before I went on holiday. When I got there the appointment was forgotten to put in the agenda so I came all the way from Aljezur for nothing. Isa said sorry and offered to do my nails in her lunch break. But that wasn’t a possibility for me because I had to leave for holiday. So I was very disappointed and said to her that I thought I was really bummed about it and left.  I decided not to go back again because I find it very unprofessional to forget about an appointment that I had whatsapp contact about multiple times. Also the first two times the salon was really clean but this morning dirty floors etc. Also I don’t think it is professional to let your child sit next to the client because you don’t have a babysitter for that hour. When I texted her I didn’t want to come back she called me immature and didn’t like the way I was talking to her colleague but I think it is understandable that I was not amused about it. I didn’t say anything out of the ordinary.
I wish Elle and her staff all the best and for a new salon maybe try to be a bit more professional in future. I won’t be back after name calling because you cannot handle criticism.
