Great quad safari experience, but with some unpleasant details.

Overall, the safari was very good — I would even say great. We were riding for about 2–2.5 hours, the route was interesting and fun, and the experience itself was really enjoyable.

However, the staff was sometimes rude, especially when something didn’t work out for me. Instead of helping, they just looked annoyed and waved their hands like they didn’t care. As a paying customer, this is not really the service I expected, although I understand this may be part of the local mentality.

Another minus is the pricing. Like in many places in Egypt, they try to cheat you. First they tell you one price, then another, and in the end you pay a third one. Unfortunately, this seems to be “normal” there, but it’s still unpleasant.

Also, there was a camel part of the tour. As a human being, I really didn’t like what I saw. The camels looked very tired and exhausted. One camel was clearly irritated from exhaustion, and in front of us it was hit in the face by staff. I find this absolutely unacceptable and it really spoiled this part of the experience for me.

Conclusion: the quad biking itself is 100% worth it and I recommend it. Just be careful with the price, don’t expect too much from the staff’s attitude, and be prepared to see things with animals that may be emotionally unpleasant.

Great experience!! I highly recommend it. We took both tours; the first one in group and the second time we took a private one. Both experiences were truly amazing, but I highly recommend the private tour... you can drive at your own pace and you can avoid the amount of sand that it came when you go in the group tour. The guides were very nice and amazing photographers!! I can't wait to go back again.

The trip was fine. The worst and awful part was riding a camels. Their are in very bad condition. Exhausted. Without energy to walk and get up… terrible views. Check photos… they stay in the hole all day. Can move only 1 meter.

Super przygoda na quadach w Marsa Alam przy hotelu Sataya Resort z Eagle Safari! Około 2 godziny jazdy z dwiema krótkimi przerwami (5–10’), idealnie zbalansowane tempo. Przewodnik był świetny, ciekawie opowiadał o historii okolicy, co dodało całemu doświadczeniu wyjątkowego klimatu. Niesamowite widoki i emocje, które na długo zostają w pamięci. Zdecydowanie warte polecenia!
