I am a real estate agent in the Volusia County and Flagler County areas of Florida. I specialize in the Ormond Beach area and the Halifax Plantation and Plantation Bay developments near the county line of Volusia/Flagler County.

My dad gave me the book, "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" to read when I was about 7 I think. I remember playing the Cashflow game during the holidays. I thought it was more fun than Monopoly. Later, I was the unpaid child labor of my dad's rental properties. After that, I worked in hotels for 10+ years in Revenue Management (we determine the price you pay when you stay at a hotel), which included conversations with owners and Asset Managers that have a real estate background. I enjoy the real estate industry and decided to get into the industry to help people with their real estate goals.
