CRONULLA MEDITATION
- organises mediation events in and around Cronulla. Generally incorporating recorded high vibrational music, and from time to time 'live' music.

- Full Moon Meditation - blends high energy music from renowned teachers with sacred chants, mantras and a solid focus on the breath, to quiet the mind and cultivate presence. Singing aloud or internally fosters a connection to higher realms of consciousness, where time stands still, mental chatter fades, and well being flourishes. The energy of the full moon is generally quite potent allowing for transformation.
On competition we have a seperate yoga class to bring us further into unity.
And finally a plunge into the natural ocean rockpool, all under the glow of the full moon.

- Sunrise Meditation - again blending the same style of meditation as the full moon offering, but commencing the meditation in the dark and riding the wave of the sunrise as we sit on the sand, chilled and ready to take on our early morning swim.


Cronulla Musical Meditation

- organised mediation events in and around nature, predominately in the National Park around the Sutherland Shire. Generally incorporating recorded high vibrational music, and from time to time 'live' music.
Also including a spiritual QnA discussion between the participants.
