The story of BallroomVille began in 2008, right here in Pittsburgh, when Igor and Kelsey first joined forces. Their shared passion for dance soon led them to the competitive heart of the dance world: New York City. After nearly a decade in the Big Apple honing their craft, performing on prestigious stages, and teaching alongside the industry’s best, they felt a calling to return to their roots. They didn't just want to come home; they wanted to bring the world-class expertise and "New York state of mind" back to the community where it all started. In 2018, Igor and Kelsey opened the doors to BallroomVille. Their mission was simple but powerful: to create a sanctuary where dancers of every level feel seen, supported, and inspired.
