Can I book an appointment for 5 PM?

Yes, our studio is open Monday to Saturday from 9 AM to 7 PM. If you don’t see an available evening slot in the online booking system, it means that time is already taken. You’re welcome to book an earlier time or join our waitlist in case an evening spot opens up.

Why do you have three different prices for the same service?

That’s a great question! At our studio, we offer three pricing levels based on the experience and speed of each technician. Our priority is to provide the highest quality service, so no matter which technician you choose, you can expect excellent results and professional care.

I’m worried that builder gel might make my nails look thick. Should I just book a shellac manicure instead?

Accepted Answer

No worries — with our technique, you’ll never notice a difference between builder gel and shellac. Both look equally thin and natural. However, shellac is only suitable for short and naturally strong nails.

Question 6

Do you offer builder gel or extensions on big toenails?

Accepted Answer

Yes, absolutely! If your big toenail is chipped or broken and you’d like to restore its shape, it’s no problem for us. We can easily rebuild or repair the nail using builder gel or another strengthening material.

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Because your technician cannot offer that time to another client, we kindly ask that you provide at least 12 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may occur. In exceptional situations, cancellation fees may be waived at the salon’s discretion.

Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the appointment, as well as missed appointments (no-shows), will be charged 100% of the scheduled service value.

Same-day service reductions or same-day removal of booked services will be treated as a no-show for the affected service(s), and 100% of the cancelled service value will be charged.

For example, if an appointment is booked for both a manicure and a pedicure, and the client decides upon arrival to proceed with only one of the services, the cancelled service will be charged in full.
