Our palms are grown in regions of Colombia that were previously degraded pastures—not forests or peatlands—so our cultivation avoids ecosystem disruption and helps capture more carbon.
We also focus on a specific type of high oleic palm oil, from a cross between the traditional African palm (Elaeis guineensis) and the American oleic palm (Elaeis oleifera). This hybrid produces a naturally healthier oil, rich in oleic acid, stable at high heat, and great for healthy cooking.
