Great accomoddation, they are really nice, and try to make your stay as pleasent as possible. Swimming pool is very clean, and you can chill and enjooy, with great surrounding. Breakfast is very tasty, you can choose from 4 options, all very delicious. Rooms are big and comfortable, and very clean. We have been for 5 days and enjoy our stay. Thank you!

Booked a room via booking.com 3 months in advance, but when we arrived, we got a totally different room than what we booked: no views (the room was in the basement), considerably smaller in size, and quite dark (even though it had a balcony). We were told that they use the same set of photos (from their best suite on the highest floor) for ALL of the rooms. Therefore I gave 2 stars for the room. Not because it was a terrible room, but because we were deceived by this manipulation.
The personnel was doing a good job. Desak spoke good English, and was making our day with her smile, attention to details and friendliness. The breakfast package included a narrow array of choices, but all were quite good. The swimming pool was clean and nice. This makes 5 stars for the service.
The hotel is located in a quiet place, not too far from the city centre (25 min by walking) and close to the Monkey forest.

It was a downer with the room, but we had anyway a great time.

I stayed for two nights on the 3rd floor wifi would drop in and out. No hand towels and the toilet wasnt fixed to the floor properly which i felt cause i stink in the bathroom.. I went to breakfast i had toast no butter available though. Air con was full of dust and barely able to cool the room.

Stay here if your not looking to spend alot of time in the room. No tv or phone in the room.

The bed was nice and the room was clean. Staff where nice. One small chair on the room.
Cupboard door was broken. Along with the front sliding door was always jamming.

Great hotel, we booked it on Airbnb, clean accommodation, in a very good location, lots of nice restaurants to eat on the same road, staff were welcoming and helpful, would highly recommended to anyone travelling here.

the lady on the front desk was lovely - but the hotel is the worst one i have ever stayed in!
full of mould and bugs. I have stayed in better low budget hostels than this - DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

the first room they put us into was entirely different to what was advertised on booking.com and the aircon did not even work!
there was a mummified gecko on the wall which must have been there for so long. a barely working bathroom light and not even a sink in the bathroom!

we then got moved to a ‘better’ room - with a bug net full of holes and mould. i was bitten so badly that we just had to check out early and shell out for new accommodation as we could not do another night there.

The pillows and blanket if you have the misfortune of the cover coming off is the deepest shade of piss yellow possible.

the ‘garden view’ is just full of empty water bottles and other various rubbish. the pathway itself to get to the hotel is also full of trash and construction, very poorly lit and uneven.

the owners of this place clearly do not care about the state of their rooms.
the only good parts is the pool - which considering the state of the rest of this property i would not dare to get in.
Dekwa i believe her name was on the front desk really was incredibly lovely and tried her very best to help us - which is the only reason i rated the service slightly higher. she is incredibly sweet and an absolute asset to this property.

When you first arrive at l adi bishma in Ubud, it may feel a bit surprising, as you walk through a construction area to reach the hotel. However, once inside, the atmosphere completely changes. It’s peaceful, quiet, and feels like you’re in the middle of the jungle. My room had a beautiful view of banana and palm trees, which made the stay very special. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the market and Ubud’s main hotspots, yet still calm and surrounded by nature. The pool area is very nice and relaxing. While the service was average, the fantastic location and natural setting really stand out. It’s not a luxury hotel, but it offers very good value for money and is a great option if you’re traveling on a budget. I would recommend
