What can I expect from our first session ?

The first session is often the most difficult for many, meeting a new person and sharing your feelings isn’t about doing it anyones way apart from yours!. Some people feel comfortable straight away and others like to settle into sessions. All I ask is that you bring yourself - I have no expectations

Will you tell anyone what I say?

Confidentiality is a core part of therapy. What you say stays private, with a few legal exceptions - like if there’s a risk of harm to yourself or others.

Can you fix me ?

Therapy isn’t about fixing you - it’s about understanding you. Growth and learning new ways to navigate life are things many people want in therapy but that doesnt mean you are broken currently
