Welcome to the Staff Portal page where we provide links to some of the secure digital platforms that you will use during your employment journey with Real Life Options. We’ve provided brief details about each link and what login information you might need to gain access.

My View:  Provides access to your employee account where you can view and download your payslips and update your personal details. You will need your employee number and password to login.

Real Learning:  This is your online learning and development portal. You will need your username and your password to login.

Vivup: Is a dedicated portal offering a range of employee benefits from discounted shopping and wellbeing resources to an online gym and financial planning advice. To login, type in your email and password. If you need any support gaining access please contact the People Team.

Real Talk:  When you join Real Life Options, you will be invited to join Real Talk, our dedicated company app.

Daytime hours are 07:00 – 17.30 and Evening hours are 16:00 – 22:30.

We like to promote healthy work/life balance and work with the availability you can work. In order for this to work we do require you to work at least two early mornings, and two evenings per week and every other weekend (weekend on/weekend off).

If you cannot commit to every other weekend, there is the option to work every Saturday or every Sunday.

If the availability form requires changing you will need to give 4 weeks notice in writing and send in another availability form.

Once sent please send your manager a message.

AHC - Return to Work Form

When someone returns to work after an absence, this is to make sure they're ready to return and have any support you need it. A return to work meeting is often just an informal chat between an employee and their line manager. 

Why are these meetings important?

To make sure you are ready to return to work
To talk about any work updates that happened while you were off
To see if you need any support
We can agree on a plan for returning to work, if appropriate, for example a phased return to work
We should talk about what you would like other employees to know about your absence and what you would like to keep confidential

How to prepare for a return to work meeting

Before a return to work meeting, an employee should:

Make sure the chat will be private and confidential, whether it is face to face or online
Ensure that a self certification/ GP sick note has been shared with your line manager
Prepare questions to ask
Think about any support we can offer you to support you back to work

4. You must inform your manager that your request has been submitted

5. You must avoid booking any time away unless you are certain the dates have been authorised.

6. Check your annual leave entitlement to avoid disappointment.

7. Current procedure can be found on staff website under annual leave *

8. You cannot book off more than 14 days without consent from your manager

9. Ensure you have received a copy of this form

10. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are checking carefree app, for the dates of your annual leave period and confirm that you can see them online.
