I cannot say enough wonderful things about Maria and her team! We were already friends on fb, I had seen her posts online and knew she was a realtor. I called her because I was thinking about buying a house in a year or two. Little did I know that 2.5 months later I would be moved into my new home!

She put me in touch with her Mortgage Consultant, Gonzalo Lopez with Expert Home Loans. 2 days later I was pre-approved for more than I expected!

Maria is funny and patient. She is very generous with her knowledge and wants to make sure that every client is happy. Her team is also amazing (I’m lookin at you Monica!) and the contractors she works with are fantastic.
Being my first home purchase, I had watched tons of videos online and tried to educate myself (to be less terrified of the process). Yes, I’m “that client” who had lots of questions and who attended all the inspections (which was really educational). Maria answered every question (even when she was on vacation) and got back to me later when necessary.

We wound up looking at 4 homes total, and closed escrow in only 3 weeks (we couldn’t have performed that little bit of magic without Gonzalo)!

I’m so happy in my new home. I bought a duplex. So, my bestie lives next door and I’m a landlord now! Maria is still checking in with us to see how we’re doing. I will absolutely have her help me again when I buy my next property (or my bestie buys hers).

I cannot imagine why you would hire anyone else to help you buy a property (ok, unless you’re married to them 😊)!
