The staff are great, but the food is absolutely terrible! The Caesar salad with shrimp is cabbage and, thank goodness, shrimp. I paid for everything else separately: sauce, egg, bread. I didn't ask for cheese and tomatoes, because I didn't suspect they wouldn't be there. So they simply weren't there and they didn't charge me separately. Of course, the salad costs 300 pounds, so you want it exactly as you want it, not just any old thing. And if I'd asked for cheese and tomatoes, it would have been 400.

The place is really great, and the food is value for money. The service is lovely, and the kids' area is nice, but it could be improved by adding a couple more games or expanding it a bit. Overall, it's a great spot, and we're definitely going to stick with it

Reasonably clean environment, however smell of cigarette smoke and prices are a little high.  The menu price for a flat white was 55EgP but the actual price charged is 92. Service could be a bit faster and friendly.
