Polls let you ask your audience a question and watch the votes come in, right on your Linktree. Use them to settle a debate, gather feedback or find out what your audience wants next.
You can also turn on email collection to grow your audience contact list with every vote.
How to add a Poll to your Linktree
In your Linktree Admin, go to the Links tab and click the + Add button.
Search for "Poll" and click Add.
Enter your Question.
Enter your first three answer options.
Click + Add option to add more.
Drag an option to reorder it.
Turn on Join Mailing List if you want voters to enter their email before they can vote.
Click Save.
📝 Note: Every poll needs at least two answer options and can hold a maximum of eight.
Collect emails from poll votes
Turning on Join Mailing List adds a step to your poll: voters enter their email before their vote counts. Every email you collect goes straight into your audience contact list, so you can follow up, send updates or sync your list to a connected email platform.
💡 Tip: Keep Join Mailing List off if you want voting to stay as quick as possible for your audience.
View poll responses
In your Linktree Admin, go to the Links tab.
Navigate to your Poll to edit.
Click View form responses.
Your results show the vote count and percentage for each option, in the order they appear on your poll. If you're collecting emails, you'll also see each respondent listed.
FAQ
Can I edit a poll after publishing it?
Yes. In your Linktree Admin, go to the Links tab, click Edit on your poll, and update your question, options or Collect email setting at any time. Votes already submitted stay linked to the original options.
Will my audience see the results?
Yes. Once someone votes, they'll see the live results for your poll on your published Linktree.
