What to do if you're not receiving the code
Try the steps below to troubleshoot:
1. Check your inbox and spam folders

verify@accounts.linktr.eeBe sure to check your spam, junk, promotions, or other folders.
💡 Tip: The subject line will look like “Your code: 123456.” Try searching for “code” in your inbox.
2. Wait a few minutes and refresh your inbox
Delivery might be slightly delayed depending on your email provider. Give it 5 minutes, then refresh your inbox.
3. Resend the code
Go back to the Linktree login page and click Resend code.
4. Add us to your safe senders list
Adding verify@accounts.linktr.ee to your email contacts or safe senders list can help ensure future emails land in your inbox.
5. Double-check your email address

Go back to the login page.
