Connecting Klaviyo to your Linktree

Connect Klaviyo to your Linktree to sync form submissions for email or SMS marketing, automations, and audience segmentation.

Connect Klaviyo to your Linktree to automatically sync subscriber data from your forms—like Subscribe, Contact, Digital Downloads, or Courses—directly into your Klaviyo list. This integration makes it easy to run email or SMS campaigns, set up automations, and segment your audience.

Before you start

Make sure you have the following:

How to connect Klaviyo

  1. In your Linktree admin, go to the Audience tab and click Integrations.

  2. Find Klaviyo and click Connect.

  3. Sign in to your Klaviyo account and authorize the connection.

  4. Choose the Klaviyo list where you'd like your audience data to sync.

📝 Note: Once connected, Linktree will automatically sync all past and future form submissions to your selected Klaviyo list.

Use your Linktree data in Klaviyo

After connecting Klaviyo, you can use the audience data in Klaviyo to:

  • Build automations and campaigns (e.g., send a welcome email when someone fills out your Linktree form)

  • Create segments based on form types (e.g., “Linktree: Subscribe” or “Linktree: Contact Form”)

  • Filter subscribers by tags (e.g., “Course” or “Download”) for more personalized messaging

💡 Tip: Use Linktree’s form tags in Klaviyo to group your subscribers by how they signed up.
