📝 Note: Each file you upload has a size limit of 100 MB. You can upload up to 1 GB (1,000 MB) in total across all files within a single product.
Steps to add Digital Products
In your Linktree Admin, go to the Links page under My Linktree.
Click + Add to create a new link.
Search for "Digital Products" and select it from the dropdown.
Enter a Title (e.g., "Get my eBook" or "Download my templates").
Tap the cloud icon (
) below your URL to open Link Settings.
Tap Create a digital product to get started.
Add the Product details:
Cover image (optional)
Product name
Product description
Tap Continue.
Upload your files.
📝 Note: You can upload up to 24 files, with a 100MB limit per file. Supported file types include:
Files: PDF, DOCX, TXT
Images: JPG, JPEG, PNG, HEIC, GIF, BMP, SVG, WEBP, TIFF, RAW, EPS
Audio: MP3, M4A, WAV, AAC, FLAC, AIFF
Video: MP4, M4A, MOV
Design: PSD, InDesign, AI
Books: ePub
Tap Continue.
Choose the customer information you want to collect before they can download your product:
Name and Email are required fields.
Tap + Add field to include additional questions.
📝 Note: These fields integrate with other Audience tools, like Contact Forms.
Your Support email will be shown to customers for assistance.
By default, this is your Linktree account email.
Tap Edit to change the support email if needed.
(Optional) Link to Custom Terms & Conditions (Available on Pro and Premium plans).
Tap Continue.
Choose whether to offer your product for free or for purchase.
For products offered for purchase, Linktree has partnered with Stripe.
Tap the Set up payout account button and follow the instructions to log in or create your Stripe account.
Set your Price in the currency that matches your Stripe account.
Tap Done.
Your Digital Product link is now live on your Linktree!

📝 Note: Paid Digital Products are only available in certain countries, and other eligibility criteria may apply. Check who can earn with Digital Products.
Custom Terms & Conditions
If you want to include Custom Terms & Conditions for your digital download:
Toggle on the Custom T&Cs option in your customer settings when creating your digital download.
Complete the required fields to link your custom terms.
View and manage customer submissions
You can track and manage details about visitors who download your digital content through the Audience page in your Linktree admin. The Audience page centralizes all submissions, including those from other Audience tools like Subscribe and Contact Forms.
To manage responses:
In the Audience page, go to the Manage tab.
Filter responses as needed to view customer details.
How visitors access their downloads
After purchasing a digital product, visitors can download files from linktr.ee/notifications.
After purchase, customers receive an email receipt with a link to their downloads.
They can either directly visit linktr.ee/notifications and go to Purchases or click "Download product" from the email receipt they received at purchase.
Visitors will receive a one-time login code via email for verification
Select the purchased item to view details.
Tap Download all to access the files.
If they have questions, they can tap Contact seller to email you.
To report a breach of Linktree terms, they can tap Report seller.
Why do visitors need to enter their email address to access downloads?
Visitors enter their email address so Linktree can deliver their files, let them re-access downloads later in Purchases with a one-time code, and send a receipt or Download product email with a link to their files.
