I contacted Charlie a few weeks ago after coming across a property on Rightmove. I can honestly say that out of all the estate agents I have ever dealt with Charlie is the most helpful and very honest too, which unfortunately has become a very rare quality, especially amongst estate agents! Along with sound knowledge of the market Charlie really does demonstrate a commitment to brilliant customer service for which I am very grateful. I will definitely be recommending OnPlan to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a property. Thank you Charlie for everything and all the best :)
