Celeste is a very good property manager and incredibly quick in her responses to tenants. She’s super professional and easy to speak with.<br>Megan is part of the Reason I chose this apartment instead of the other options in the area ; she was very welcoming and thorough with the tour and any questions we had. I got good vibes.<br><br>The amenities here are amazing.<br>The valet trash pick up during the week, xfinity wifi, well kept property, pest control , package lockers for incoming packages , the new appliances, responsive maintenance staff ,and the safety above all. The Boterra bundle is a MUST. The gates are working 99% of the time unless there’s a special event or something. You can even use an app on your phone to open the gate incase you lose your keys. The pool is incredible.<br><br>I’ve been here for over 5 months and this is the best apartment experience I have ever had and I’m in my mid 30’s and have lived in more than my fair share of apartments. I told a random stranger about this place and him and his family moved in literally a month later.<br><br>Thanks again Boterra for being a super chill and welcoming place for me and my family.

I have lived for two years at Boterra at Lago Mar and cannot recommend this apartment complex highly enough. I looked at apartment complexes everywhere in Galveston County and Boterra is simply the best. The ladies in the office- Celeste, Sharon, Megan, and Destiny are incredibly kind, warm, professional, and accommodating to your needs. The floor plans are very modern with open concepts and an incredible amount of storage. The appliances are well above the quality of apartment appliances and the tubs are HUGE. The property is extremely well maintained. Service requests are quick usually within hours of the call and the option of a yard or garage is very rare in this area and worth every penny. I had the best of both worlds with a yard and my own personal covered parking space. It was as if I were living in my own house.

Megan was very helpful and was great with answering my mother's questions when she had a tour of the apartment today. She was very personable and had great positive energy.
