We can support anything from a single part of a project (decorating, flooring, kitchen installation, built-ins) through to a full refurb. 
For larger refurbishments we can also arrange trusted specialist trades (e.g., electrical, plumbing/heating, gas, air conditioning) where required, so the job is handled properly end-to-end.

Do you provide written quotes?

Yes. Quotes are provided in writing. We set out the scope clearly, including what is included, what is not included, and any options where there are sensible choices.

Can you price from photos or video?

Photos/video are very helpful for an initial view, and we can often give an indicative range. 
For anything where measurements, access, or site conditions affect the outcome, we may recommend a visit so the final quote is accurate and properly scoped.

How do you price work and how do you minimise surprises?

Pricing is based on scope, access, materials and time. We aim to minimise surprises by agreeing scope in writing, asking sensible questions upfront, and recommending a visit where accuracy depends on site conditions. 
If something unexpected is uncovered, we pause, explain the impact, and agree the next step before proceeding.

Can you provide options (quick refresh vs higher-end finish)?

Yes, where it makes sense. If you want a straightforward refresh (for example between tenants) we can keep it practical and efficient. 
If you have higher expectations on finish and materials, we can quote options accordingly.

Question 6

What happens if I change my mind or want changes during the job?

Accepted Answer

Changes are completely normal, but they can affect cost and timeline. We’ll explain the impact and agree it in writing before proceeding. Where changes would disrupt scheduled commitments to other clients, we may need to refuse or re-schedule additional work. 
That’s why we encourage a detailed, open discussion early, so everything is planned properly.

Do you supply materials?

Do you offer warranty / aftercare?

Yes. We provide aftercare and a sensible warranty approach appropriate to the work completed. 
The specifics (and any manufacturer warranties on supplied items) are confirmed in writing as part of the job paperwork.

Are you insured?

Yes. We carry Public Liability Insurance (PLI). If you need confirmation for your records (landlord, managing agent, or commercial site), we can provide details on request.

What is your snagging / completion process?

We aim to complete work to a tidy, agreed finish. If any snags arise, we ask that they are listed together so we can resolve them efficiently, ideally in a single follow-up visit. This keeps things straightforward and avoids repeated appointments for small items.

Parking, permits and access: do these affect price/timing?

Accepted Answer

Sometimes, yes. Parking restrictions, permits, congestion charges, long carries, or limited access windows can affect timing and costs. 
If you let us know in advance, we can plan properly and avoid delays on the day.
