What is a list on Twitter?

A Twitter List is a focused selection of accounts based on common interests. These lists have their own follower counts and function as separate Twitter feeds shared with other users on the platform. You can share and manage Twitter Lists or discover and join lists from other users.

Suppose you're a freelance content writer trying to network and advance your career. Create a Twitter List of content-writing experts who inspire you, participate in engaging discussions, and stay abreast of the latest tips and trends by adding various accounts to the list over time. Plus, you can modify it by removing accounts as needed.

Twitter Lists, like accounts, are public by default, but you can toggle this in the settings to make them private. A private list is accessible only by its creator, while anyone can view and follow public lists.
