Position Summary
The Rising in Braveness Fellowship Field Organiser is responsible for coordinating, supporting and growing the Rising in Braveness Fellowship across multiple African countries. Working closely with country coordinators, mentors, facilitators and alumni, the Field Organiser ensures fellows receive consistent, high-quality leadership development and practical support throughout their fellowship journey.

The role serves as the primary link between fellows, mentors, programme staff and partners, ensuring that every cohort is actively engaged, supported and progressing towards their leadership and community impact goals.
